Job summary

Bridger Bowl in Bozeman, MT is seeking seasonal Snowboard Instructors to provide quality lessons for all ability levels and help guests safely enjoy the mountain environment.

You will teach lessons, demonstrate snowboarding skills, apply AASI methodology, maintain accurate records, and participate in training sessions while collaborating with staff and upholding Bridger Bowl policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to snowboard from assigned stations to base area during lessons (up to 6 hours/day).
• Experience providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate clear instructions and safety information to students.

Responsibilities

• Teach lessons in a positive, safe, fun, and professional manner.
• Demonstrate contemporary snowboarding skills to children and adults.
• Convey knowledge of AASI methodology and technology to students.
• Provide area and community information to guests.
• Maintain timely and legible documentation for teaching hours and progress.
• Attend required meetings and training seminars.
• Work with fellow employees and independently with groups of students.
• Maintain a clean and orderly locker room space.
