Qualifications

• Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills.
• Coaching and/or racing experience preferred; willing to complete training.
• Equipped to work with diverse athletes and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, positive environment for athletes to develop skills.
• Follow seasonal and daily plans to deliver high-quality training.
• Set goals with athletes and motivate them to excel on snow and off.
