Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for Winter Seasonal roles for 2026/2027 across various positions, including coaches and support staff. Starting wage ranges from $21.25 to $26.57 per hour, with seasonal employment and housing not available in some cases.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have US Ski and Snowboard Level 100 or PSIA/AASI Level 1.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work holidays and weekends.
• Able to work in inclement winter weather.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the highest levels of guest and personal safety on varied terrain.
• Match athletes to appropriate skier/skill level with supervision.
• Communicate instructions clearly and assist athletes during training and competitions.
• Supervise athletes in training and ensure safe return to guardians.
• Assist in operational responsibilities of competition services and related programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
