Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent guest service skills.

• Ability to work in winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Uphold guest and personal safety on varied terrain at high altitude.
• Instruct skiing to students, both physically and verbally.
• Match athletes to skill level and adjust with supervisors as needed.
• Assist guests to load and unload the chairlift.
• Communicate instructions during training and competitions; assist with lifting children if needed.
• Supervise athletes and return them to guardians.
• Support in registration, equipment fitting, area upkeep, and related SRS program duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
