We’re looking for Seasonal Snow Removal help at our residential communities in our Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay locations. This job is responsible for on call snow removal in order to ensure the safety of current residents and prospects. This position will support our property, Saddle Brook Apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on call snow removal, based on the needs of the property, for areas including:
  • sidewalks
  • walkways
  • entry areas
  • parking lots
• Salting common walkways such as sidewalks and entry ways.
• Positively promote Fiduciary Real Estate Development in the apartment community.
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

• On call basis - dependent on weather (runs from November to April)
