Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Snow Removal help for our residential communities.

The position is on-call and runs through the winter months to ensure resident and prospective resident safety across properties, including 50Twenty Apartments in Madison and other Wisconsin communities. Responsibilities include on-call snow removal, salting walkways, and assisting with property upkeep.

Level: Entry, Job Location: 50Twenty Apartments - Madison, WI 53718, Position Type: Seasonal, Salary Range: $18.50 - $18.50 Hourly, Job Shift: On Call, Seasonal Snow Removal We're looking for Seasonal Snow Removal help at our residential communities in our Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay locations. This job is responsible for on call snow removal in order to ensure the safety of current residents and prospects. This position will support our property, 50Twenty Apartments.With over 40 years of industry experience, we are continuously expanding our footprint. We have more than 35 communities across Wisconsin and Illinois, with numerous upcoming projects, providing lots of opportunity for you to grow your career with us.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for on call snow removal, based on the needs of the property, for areas including:sidewalkswalkwaysentry areasparking lotsSalting common walkways such as sidewalks and entry ways.Positively promote Fiduciary Real Estate Development in the apartment community.Other duties as assigned
