Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Snow Removal help for residential properties in Barrington Place—Madison, WI and surrounding Wisconsin communities.

The on-call role runs from November to April and aims to keep residents safe during winter storms. You will perform snow removal of sidewalks, walkways, entry areas and parking lots, salt walkways, and support property teams across Milwaukee, Madison and Green Bay locations.

• Attention to detail is important for safety during snow removal.
• Ability to work independently in on-call situations.
• Must be available on an on-call basis during winter months.

We’re looking for Seasonal Snow Removal help at our residential communities in our Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay locations. This job is responsible for on call snow removal in order to ensure the safety of current residents and prospects. This position will support our properties, Barrington Place and 22 Slate Apartments.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for on call snow removal, based on the needs of the property, for areas including:
• sidewalks
• walkways
• entry areas
• parking lots
• Salting common walkways such as sidewalks and entry ways.
• Positively promote Fiduciary Real Estate Development in the apartment community.
• Other duties as assigned

General Requirements

• Someone who is dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
