Job summary

Master Outdoor Solutions in Carver, MN is seeking Snow Removal Team members to help keep communities safe and accessible during winter. You will perform plowing, blowing, and de-icing at various properties and operate equipment safely.

Ideal candidates have a willingness to learn, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed. Training is provided for equipment operation and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual and able to respond quickly during storm events.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow plowing, snow blowing, and hand shoveling at residential and/or commercial properties.
• Apply ice melt, salt, and other de-icing materials to walkways, driveways, and parking lots.
• Operate and maintain snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
• Respond to on-call and early morning dispatch during and after winter storm events.
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow assigned routes and complete jobs in a timely, professional manner.
• Communicate with crew leads regarding job status and site conditions.

• Perform snow plowing, snow blowing, and hand shoveling at residential and/or commercial properties
• Apply ice melt, salt, and other de-icing materials to walkways, driveways, and parking lots
• Operate and maintain snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
• Respond to on-call and early morning dispatch during and after winter storm events
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report any mechanical issues
• Follow assigned routes and complete jobs in a timely, professional manner

Requirements:

• Full-time availability required, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous snow removal, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate snow plows, skid steers, or snow blowers is a plus. We will train!
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in cold, harsh weather conditions for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to respond quickly during storm events
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
