ProScapes Lawn, Landscape & Snow is seeking dependable Snow Removal Crew Members to join our team for the upcoming winter season in Eagan, Minnesota. Serving the Twin Cities since 1958, ProScapes has built a long-standing reputation for dependable, professional lawn, landscape, and snow services.

This is a seasonal, on-call position with hours based on snow and ice events. When winter weather arrives, our customers depend on us to keep their properties safe and accessible. We are looking for hardworking team members who can be counted on to show up, work safely, and get the job done.

Position Overview

As a Snow Removal Crew Member, you will work as part of our snow and ice management team clearing sidewalks, building entrances, steps, walkways, and other pedestrian areas at commercial and residential properties throughout the Twin Cities.

This is a physically active outdoor position. Snow events can occur at any time, including overnight, weekends, and holidays. Successful candidates must be able to respond when called and remain available through completion of their assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, building entrances, steps, and other pedestrian areas
• Safely operate snow blowers and other snow removal equipment
• Shovel snow efficiently while protecting surrounding landscaping, buildings, and hardscapes
• Apply salt and deicing materials as directed
• Follow assigned routes, site maps, and property-specific instructions
• Work closely with crew leaders and other team members to complete properties efficiently
• Perform basic inspections of snow removal equipment before and after use
• Communicate equipment issues, site conditions, and completed work to supervisors
• Work safely and efficiently during extended snow events
• Help maintain the high level of service our customers expect from ProScapes

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and able to report to work on short notice when snow events occur
• Available for overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday snow events
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in cold, snowy, and icy conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including repeated shoveling, lifting, walking, and standing
• Comfortable operating snow blowers and other basic snow removal equipment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
• Attention to safety and property protection
• Reliable transportation to report to work
• Previous snow removal, landscaping, construction, or other outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required

Schedule

This is a seasonal, on-call position. There is no guaranteed weekly schedule. Hours are determined by snowfall and ice events, and employees must be available when winter weather requires service.

Snow removal often requires working overnight, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Major storms may require extended shifts until assigned properties have been completed.
