Job summary

Master Outdoor Solutions in Carver, MN is seeking Snow Removal Team members to help keep communities safe and accessible during winter. You will perform plowing, blowing, and de-icing at various properties and operate equipment safely.

Ideal candidates have a willingness to learn, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed. Training is provided for equipment operation and safety practices.

Qualifications

Full-time availability including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual and able to respond quickly during storm events.

Responsibilities

Perform snow plowing, snow blowing, and hand shoveling at residential and/or commercial properties.
Apply ice melt, salt, and other de-icing materials to walkways, driveways, and parking lots.
Operate and maintain snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
Respond to on-call and early morning dispatch during and after winter storm events.
Inspect equipment before and after use and report any mechanical issues.
Follow assigned routes and complete jobs in a timely, professional manner.
Communicate with crew leads regarding job status and site conditions.
