Qualifications

• Previous snow removal or landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate snow removal equipment and hand tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work early morning, overnight, and on-call shifts during storm events.
• Physically capable of shoveling and working in cold, winter conditions for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Apply ice melt and de-icing materials to prevent hazardous conditions.

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all job sites.

About the Role:

Kenney Landscaping & Commercial Snow in Rochester, MI is looking for a hardworking and reliable Snow Removal Crew Member to join our team! This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where you'll play a key part in keeping our commercial clients' properties safe and clear all winter long. If you love working outdoors and don't mind the cold, this is the opportunity for you!

• 5-Hour Minimum Pay: Employees will be paid a minimum of 5 hours for each snow event/call-in, even if the actual work time is less than 5 hours.
