Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, on-call snow events.
• Strong attention to safety and site conditions in winter weather environments.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in cold weather for extended periods.
• Commercial snow removal experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and plows for commercial snow removal operations.
• Clear snow and ice from parking lots, roadways, and commercial properties safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all assigned equipment and vehicles.
• Apply ice melt, salt, and on-site de-icing materials as needed.
• Respond to on-call snow events, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Communicate with crew leads and dispatch regarding job status and site conditions.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly.
