Kenney Landscaping & Commercial Snow in Rochester, MI is seeking a dependable Snow Removal Crew Member to help keep commercial properties safe during winter. This fast-paced, hands-on role involves operating plows, snow blowers, and salt spreaders, plus manual shoveling and de-icing tasks.

Applicants should be willing to work early mornings, overnights, and on-call shifts. A valid license and the ability to work in cold conditions are required.

Qualifications

• Previous snow removal or landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate snow removal equipment and hand tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work early morning, overnight, and on-call shifts during storm events.
• Physically capable of shoveling and working in cold, winter conditions for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment including plows, snow blowers, and salt spreaders.
• Manually shovel and clear snow from walkways, entrances, and parking lots.
• Apply ice melt and de-icing materials to prevent hazardous conditions.
• Work efficiently as part of a crew to service multiple commercial properties per shift.
• Perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Respond to on-call and overnight shifts during and after winter storm events.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all job sites.
