• Commercial snow removal experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and plows for commercial snow removal operations.
• Clear snow and ice from parking lots, roadways, and commercial properties safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all assigned equipment and vehicles.
• Apply ice melt, salt, and on-site de-icing materials as needed.
• Respond to on-call snow events, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Communicate with crew leads and dispatch regarding job status and site conditions.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly.

Kenney Landscaping & Commercial Snow is looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our snow removal team in Rochester, MI! If you love working outdoors, operating powerful machinery, and keeping communities safe during the winter months, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and plows for commercial snow removal operations
• Clear snow and ice from parking lots, roadways, and commercial properties in a safe and efficient manner
