Miller Landscape & Outdoor Living is actively seeking Snow Removal Technicians to support our Orion, MI operations. Snow removal is on call, determined by weather conditions, and the team works outdoors in cold environments. Prior snow removal or landscaping experience is preferred but not required, with

Qualifications

• Previous snow removal or landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Available for early morning, overnight, and on-call shifts during weather events.
• Able to work outdoors in cold, harsh winter conditions for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow plowing, shoveling, and snow blowing on commercial and residential properties.
• Apply ice melt, salt, and other de-icing materials to walkways, driveways, and parking lots.
• Operate snow removal equipment including plows, snow blowers, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Complete assigned routes in a timely manner during winter weather events.
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report any maintenance needs.
• Communicate with team leads regarding job site conditions and completion status.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction on every property.
