MMC Land Management is hiring for a Snow Removal Team to support commercial properties through the winter season. You will help keep walkways, entrances, and parking areas clear and safe, with opportunities to operate plow trucks or heavy equipment for qualified roles.

This seasonal, on-call position offers competitive hourly pay, weekly direct deposit, and a supportive team environment with potential for advancement into lead roles.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with the ability to respond quickly to storms.
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold and snowy conditions.
• Physically able to lift and shovel snow repeatedly during a shift.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license required for equipment operators.
• Experience operating plow trucks or heavy equipment; entry-level positions include training.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow by hand from walkways, steps, building entrances, and areas not accessible by equipment.
• Apply ice-melt and salt to maintain safe surfaces for pedestrians and vehicles.
• Operate plow trucks or skid-steers to clear snow from commercial lots, driveways, and roadways (for qualified operators).
• Respond promptly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure thorough and efficient snow removal.
