Job summary

Mt. Bachelor in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Lift Attendant to support lift operations, safety, and guest service in all winter conditions. You will help with crowd control, daily logs, and loading/unloading passengers at stations while wearing the uniform.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+, and be prepared for early starts and heavy snowfall. Prior lift operator experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum time in related position: 1 full season as a Lift Operator.
• Minimum age requirement: 18+.

Responsibilities

• Lift start-up and operation; load and unload at each station.
• Maintain crowds, logs, and safety throughout shifts.
• Report issues to maintenance and assist in snow removal.
