Job summary

Prescription Landscape, Inc. is seeking Crew Lead for Snow and Ice Operations. You will supervise crews, ensure safety, coordinate site service, and monitor equipment and materials for timely completion of winter services.

Responsibilities include directing assignments, coaching team members, maintaining quality standards, and communicating any issues to management. Candidates should have lead experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience safely removing snow and ice in commercial settings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Prior lead experience or readiness to direct and coach a small crew.
• Ability to understand site plans, work tickets, route plans, safety information

Responsibilities

• Snow and Ice Removal and Site Service: shovel, clear, and service pedestrian areas; apply deicing materials; operate approved equipment as trained.
• Safety, Equipment, and Teamwork: perform pre-use checks; maintain PPE; report hazards; keep areas clean and ready for deployment.
• Crew Leadership — Crew Leads Only: review site plans, assign tasks, monitor pace and quality; manage breaks and staffing.
• Performance Expectations — All Team Members: uphold safety, service quality, reliability, and proper documentation.
• Additional Crew Lead Qualifications: demonstrate readiness to lead, train, and support a small field crew.
• Physical Demands and Work Environment: stand, lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in severe conditions.
