Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Groomer II to safely operate snow grooming equipment and maintain high-quality skiing conditions on the resort. You will perform routine inspections, redistribute snow for surface coverage, and communicate hazards to the team during overnight grooming operations.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license and 2+ years of grooming experience, with knowledge of Pisten Bully 400/600. Work includes evenings, weekends, and holidays in mountain conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and 2+ years grooming experience.
• Knowledge of Pisten Bully 400 and 600 operation and maintenance.
• Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operates PB600 snowcats in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintains fluid levels and performs daily machine inspections.
• Reduces hazards on snow surface to protect skiers/riders.
• Move snow to ensure adequate coverage and clear around lifts/buildings.
• Communicates via 2-way radio with crew members.
