Job summary

Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort in Hancock, MA is seeking a Groomer to work the overnight shift and help create smooth, corduroy trails guests love. You will operate grooming machines and coordinate with ski patrol to ensure trails are ready before opening.

We offer seasonal full-time or part-time roles with training provided for heavy equipment use and a strong focus on safety and quality on the mountain.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment is helpful but not required; training provided.

As a vital part of mountain operations, you’ll work overnight (3rd shift) with opportunities for both seasonal full-time and part-time roles.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Safely and professionally operate grooming machines to maintain high-quality ski and snowboard surfaces.
• Spread snow, fill thin areas, and ensure trails are consistently groomed for the best possible conditions.
• Coordinate with Ski Patrol and management on trail plans, ensuring trails are ready by opening time.
• Complete accurate operating logs at the end of each shift.
