Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch - Master Client is seeking a Snow Cat Operator to join our Mountain Operations team. You will follow grooming plans and operate heavy equipment to prepare safe, high-quality skiing surfaces for members.

Roles range from Operator I to III, with increasing responsibility, a strong emphasis on safety, communication with departments, and the ability to adapt to nightly weather changes. Seasonal full-time schedule may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of Snow Cat or grooming experience.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
• Professional conduct and safety policy adherence.
• Ability to communicate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Doze, pack, and grade trails, base area, and lift ramps.
• Skid and doze ski runs and snow surfaces.
• Operate snow cat under supervision.
• Complete pre and post shift vehicle inspections.
• Report safety issues to supervisor.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and document issues.
