Enhance Rehabilitation in the United States is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

You will provide patient care in a SNF setting and communicate effectively with patients, families and the treatment team, while using standardized assessments to guide therapy and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Experience with standardized speech-language assessments

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care established after evaluation.
• Provide patient care in a SNF setting.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
