Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

You will gain experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting, collaborating with families and the treatment team while monitoring progress and adjusting plans to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Experience in SNF (skilled nursing facility) settings preferred.
• Experience with swallowing evaluations and standardized assessments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Treat patients following evaluation and plan of care.
• Communicate with patients, families, and treatment team about patient condition.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
