Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team in a SNF setting, evaluating and treating patients following an individualized plan of care.

You will provide exceptional patient and family service, collaborate with facility staff, document progress, and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants as part of a growing clinical team. This role focuses on measurable outcomes, patient education, and ongoing quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent patient care
• Delivering outstanding service to patients and families
• Collaborating with facility staff to ensure quality care
• Evaluating new patients and developing plans of care with measurable goals
• Treating patients and educating them on injuries, progress and outcomes
• Re-evaluating progress and adjusting plans and goals
• Completing timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, progress notes)
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants
