Job summary

Foot Locker is hiring a Sales Associate to connect with customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a high-energy sneaker store experience.

You’ll help customers build head-to-toe looks, prepare footwear, and pick/pack online orders while supporting daily store operations. Create an inclusive vibe and help the team hit sales goals.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.
• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
