Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Sales Associate to bring sneaker culture to life on the sales floor, connect with customers, and share product knowledge. You’ll help the team hit sales goals while delivering a high-energy store experience.

You’ll engage customers to build head-to-toe looks and assist with daily store operations, including restocking and maintaining visuals. This role supports a respectful, inclusive team and requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.
• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.
• Take part in training and coaching: learn, grow, and level up.
• Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team oriented environment.
• Have a solution-oriented mindset.
• Jump in where needed to support the team.
