Foot Locker is hiring a Sales Associate to bring sneaker culture to life on the sales floor. You’ll connect with customers, share product knowledge, and help create a fun, high-energy store experience while supporting the team to hit sales goals.

You are a brand ambassador who helps customers find the right styles, prepares footwear displays, and contributes to daily store operations with enthusiasm and reliability.

Qualifications

• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build outfits by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and add-ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they arrive on time.
