Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Sales Associate to bring sneaker culture to life on the sales floor. This role focuses on connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, and creating a fun, high-energy store experience while helping the team hit sales goals.

You will be a brand ambassador, assisting customers with styles and fits, supporting daily store operations, and ensuring the store looks fresh and ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of products and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
