Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Sales Associate to bring sneaker culture to life on the sales floor. You will connect with customers, share product knowledge, and help the team hit sales goals in a high-energy store environment.

As part of the Foot Locker family, you’ll build head-to-toe looks, support daily operations, and ensure a customer-friendly store experience while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they'll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they're ready to go and arrive on time.
• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
