Job summary

General Mills Inc. is seeking a Trade Planning Associate in Cincinnati to translate customer and market insights into actionable plans for the Kroger Snacks portfolio.

You will collaborate across teams to optimize promotions, pricing, and merchandising, driving net sales and market share growth within a high-visibility role. You will gain exposure to cross-functional leadership, advance within General Mills, and relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience using internal or external data sources to identify opportunities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to communicate plans clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute merchandising and promotion plans with Snacks team and Kroger KA Lead.
• Support annual customer planning to drive net sales growth, volume, and share objectives.
• Use pricing, promotion, and merchandising analytics to identify opportunities across distribution and in-store execution.
• Partner with account management, brand, category management, shopper marketing, ecommerce, and revenue management teams to accelerate growth.
• Translate data and insights into customer presentations, recommendations, and joint business plans.
• Maintain accurate promotion and investment records and monitor retailer activity.
