Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of experience in a related role.
• Experience using data sources such as NielsenIQ, Circana, Stratum, or Market6.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute merchandising and promotion plans in partnership with Snacks commercial team and Kroger KAL.
• Support annual customer planning to deliver net sales growth, volume, and share objectives.
• Use pricing, promotion, and merchandising analytics to identify opportunities across distribution, shelving, and in-store execution.
• Partner with account management, brand, category management, shopper marketing, ecommerce, and revenue management teams to accelerate growth.
• Translate data and insights into customer presentations, recommendations, and joint business plans.
• Maintain accurate promotion and investment records, deliver volume estimates, and monitor retailer activity.
