Job summary

General Mills is seeking a Trade Planning Lead (TPL) for our Meijer team in the Western Business Center in Scottsdale, AZ. You will provide critical analytics, trade planning, and trade systems support to advance trade marketing strategies and meet business objectives.

You will drive data-driven promotion decisions, partner with selling teams, and help develop joint business plans with customers, ensuring accurate planning and effective execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, trade funding, category management or other relevant experience.
• Proven analytical skills using data sources such as Nielsen/IRI/CPM or sales data.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and drive results, understand consumers, and prioritize initiatives.
• Maintain accurate planning and spending data in the trade planning system.
• Inform and guide customer teams with trade tools and promotion recommendations.
• Support development of joint business plans and customer presentations.
• Collaborate on designing and executing promotional programs with key customers.
