Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent iconic brands in assigned stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, and write orders using Salesforce, ensuring products are in stock and visually impactful.

The role requires driving to various store locations, lifting up to 50 lbs, and delivering excellent customer service. Local travel within Martinsville, VA and Eden, NC areas is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical activities: lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Martinsville, VA or Eden, NC.
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant; assist with lifting and moving products.
