Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will build relationships, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock across assigned retailers.

The role requires driving a personal vehicle, lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50 lb moves, and collaborating with store personnel to execute RTM plans. Oregon locations include Hillsboro and surrounding towns.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Hillsboro, OR; secondary locations include Cornelius, Beaverton, Forest Grove.
• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday; 6:00 AM start; holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity, as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to keep shelves and displays stocked using Salesforce.
• Implement and maintain promotional displays per RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management.
