Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. seeks a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock, while building relationships with store teams and shoppers.

You will use an iPad and Salesforce to place orders, follow RTM plans, and support seasonal launches, working a 7:00 am start with open weekend availability in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift, bend, and move product up to 50 lbs; 25 lbs routinely.
• Retail/grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Frankfort, KY; secondary locations: Shelbyville, KY.
• Open weekend availability; start time 7:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily; capture displays and ensure products are in stock.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock shelves and displays (Salesforce).
• Set up promotional displays; execute RTM plans with stores.
• Adhere to daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM/management.
• Maintain safety and assist with moving product as needed.
