Job summary

Mondelēz International in Kentucky and surrounding areas is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, set displays, and ensure products are in stock, while building strong relationships with store personnel and driving visibility of our brands.

You’ll manage orders via iPad and Salesforce, follow RTM plans, and work 4 weekdays with 1 weekend day, starting at

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to store locations.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and moving products.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of primary location (New Albany, IN) and nearby locations in KY.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM-negotiated plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
