Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while fostering strong relationships with store teams.

This role emphasizes professionalism, customer service, and digital fluency as you use an iPad and Salesforce to place orders, capture photos, and follow planned promotions.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn GED while gaining skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and to lift up to 25 lbs, with occasional pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Littleton, NH; secondary locations include Woodsville, Lancaster, NH and St Johnsbury, VT.
• Schedule availability required: Sun - Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos using DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM-negotiated plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and RTM priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; handle lifting and movement of products daily.
