Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to lead retail execution for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. The role emphasizes professional in-store presence, strong store relationships, and accurate product placement across Hendersonville and nearby locations.

You will manage stock via iPad, execute displays, and support seasonal launches while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state where you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive your own vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, with occasional pushes/pulls over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Merchandising Excellence standards and capture display photos via Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility and execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
