Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while delivering excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or GED attainable during employment.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving products.
• Live within 25–35 miles of primary location: Dorchester, MA; secondary Medford & Sommerville, MA.
• Schedule: 4 days a week plus 1 weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily following DSD merchandising standards and capture display photos via digital merchandising initiative.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Place orders via iPad using Salesforce to keep shelves and displays in stock.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow RTM-guided daily schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal product launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Share store-level insights or opportunities with RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant while physically handling products throughout the day.
