Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life in-store. You will visit stores, stock shelves, build relationships with store personnel, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce to keep products in stock.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI merchandising standards and capture display photos in Salesforce via iPad.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure adherence to RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety requirements; handle physical tasks including lifting and moving products.
