Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life in-store. You will build relationships, stock shelves, and execute displays to ensure products are in stock and front-and-center.

You will use an iPad to place orders, follow RTM plans, and capture display photos via digital merchandising. The role requires physical movement, driving a personal vehicle, and scheduling on four weekdays plus one weekend day.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; GED obtainable during employment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and digital merchandising via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow RTM-provided schedules for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal product launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Safely lift, bend, and move products as required.
