Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores, stocking shelves, and building relationships with store teams.

You will ensure products are in stock and displays are engaging, driving sales and visibility. This frontline role requires early start times, the ability to drive a personal vehicle, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid REAL ID or U.S. passport.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with insurance.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store and be the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI using Salesforce.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant with lifting and moving products.
