Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo and Ritz to life in-store. You will perform daily store visits, stock shelves, implement promotional displays, and build relationships with store personnel, ensuring products are in stock and properly merchandised.

Responsibilities include ordering products via iPad using Salesforce, following RTM plans, and communicating store-level insights to the RTM and management team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access certain locations.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Twin Falls, ID.
• Schedule availability: 5:00 AM start; either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and as the face of the brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI merchandising standards; capture display photos via the iPad/Salesforce workflow.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support display visibility.
• Order products via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays.
