Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will build relationships, stock shelves, and execute displays to keep shoppers engaged and brands front and center.

As the face of Mondelēz, you will visit multiple stores, place orders via iPad, and follow RTM plans while working a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive your own vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs and long periods of walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Serve as the face of the company by delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products as needed.
