Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in retail settings. You will visit stores, stock shelves, set up displays, and write orders via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions.

The role emphasizes face-of-the-brand representation, strong customer service, and collaboration with store teams, with travel within a local radius and a physically active daily schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance coverage in multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to keep in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM/management.
• Handle physical tasks including lifting and moving products as needed.
