Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store merchandising and product availability. You will stock shelves, set up displays and ensure leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit are well represented according to Mondelēz guidelines.

You will visit stores, place orders via iPad, and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize visibility and promotions, starting early in the morning as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility and promote displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz's Merchandising steps and capture pictures of displays.
• Order product (via iPad) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Communicate any issues with sales plans to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily merchandising schedule to maximize in-store efficiency.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
