• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding service.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant in a physical merchandiser role.
