Job Title: Snack Bar Staff

The Snack Bar Staff is responsible for duties within the Resort’s fast food / snack bar, including roles as Snack Bar Cooks and Attendants. This is a SEASONAL, full-time or part-time position reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Snack Bar Cook (Age 16+)
   • Prepare food consistently according to brand and safety standards, including cleaning, washing, measuring, and cutting ingredients.
   • Cook food items following company recipes and procedures.
   • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following sanitation standards and legal regulations.
   • Keep supplies stocked by reporting low inventory levels.
   • Enhance the kitchen and organization reputation by owning your assigned areas.
   • Clean tables, sweep/mop floors, and empty trash in the kitchen and dining area.
   • Assist Snack Bar Attendant as needed.
   • Participate in other projects and activities as assigned.
2. Snack Bar Attendant (Age 14+)
   • Greet guests, recommend items, and take orders.
   • Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system, following proper cash handling procedures.
   • Stock condiments, napkins, straws, etc.
   • Expedite orders as needed.
   • Clean dining area and participate in other tasks as assigned.
   • Assist snack bar cooks with food preparation and maintaining supplies.
   • Follow sanitation standards and legal regulations to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Education/Training/Experience

• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Food handling or safety certification may be required.

Physical Demands

• Remain stationary for periods, sometimes in warm temperatures.
• Exposure to hot equipment and oil.

• Perform bending, twisting, and standing as needed.
