Job summary

The role requires at least two years of cooking experience, a high school diploma, and Serv-Safe certification. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of all snack bar menu items and ingredients.
• Prepares and cooks menu items as directed with proper portions.
• Ensures snack bar and prep areas meet sanitation standards.
• Sets up and breaks down work station at each shift.
• Operates cash register and processes member charges and guest payments.
• Keeps snack bar area clean, stocked, and tidy throughout the day.
• Assists with special events and trainings as required.
