The Snack Bar Attendant must have excellent listening skills and a strong desire to provide outstanding service.

Additional Information

What You Will Work On

• Maintaining a safe, clean, sanitized environment within the Ice Cream Shop.
• Greeting guests with a friendly smile.
• Taking detailed and accurate orders.
• Operating machinery safely and hygienically.
• De-escalating guest complaints professionally and kindly.
• Operating the cash register.

What You Bring

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• 100% attendance.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clear communication with staff and guests.
• Comfort with interacting with people of all ages and genders.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands include talking, listening, lifting items over fifty pounds, and visual abilities like close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception. Flexibility to perform various tasks outside of usual duties is expected in this fast-paced environment.
